Susi Haviland

Over the past 30+ years, Susi Haviland has been guiding people through the local real estate market as both a seller’s and buyer’s agent. For 25 of those years, Susi has been the top agent at the Stark Company, which has over 200 agents and leads Dane County in sales. Her specialty is lake and luxury, but regardless of the value of one’s property, she treats every client as her only client. She responds lightning fast and doesn’t allow things to stand between her and an answer she needs. Other strengths are her incredibly deep market knowledge, direct (yet compassionate) approach, good relationships with other realtors, and her ability to read people.
Susi graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in social work and worked as a director of social services for ten years before becoming a Realtor. This experience taught her great listening skills, as well as compassion for others. She always puts herself in her client’s shoes, so to speak, and therefore never fails to work in their best interest.
Graced with boundless energy and enthusiasm for life, when not working, Susi spends her time being active. Days are spent hiking or paddle boarding on Lake Kegonsa and most nights find her dancing—ballroom, Latin, you name it—or dining with friends at Graft, her favorite restaurant in town.
Her home: Susi lives on Lake Kegonsa in a bright but cozy, open plan, ranch home with beautiful views and fabulous neighbors.
