As the Haviland team’s listing specialist, Heather is in charge of gathering information on even thing that has to do with our Seller’s houses, from finishes and room dimensions to lot lines and neighborhood amenities. Thanks to her, no detail goes unnoticed or unrecorded, which makes answering potential buyer’s questions and negotiating offers that much easier. Besides meticulous note-taking, Heather also coordinates the staging process, ensuring each house we list is ready to shine for its photos and is market-ready.

Her home is a sweet ranch on the west side of Marlison that she shares with her two beautiful dogs.
